Stories from the flock

Every Coop is built for one client at a time, which means every Coop has a story. A few of them, told properly.

Family & Community

The Ivy Yard Sale

A family yard sale got software most stores would envy: every item photographed and listed, a live claim system so neighbors could call dibs from their couch, one-tap Venmo payment with the item name pre-filled, and printed signs with QR codes at the tables. When sale day ended, the Coop quietly changed eras on its own: "Sale hours are over, but the shop is open."

The result: claims rolling in before the tables were even up, and a Sunday that mostly sold out before lunch.

What it proves: even a yard sale deserves great software, and a Coop can run a real-time event, not just describe one. Visit the live Coop →

Brick & Mortar

Brownsville Market

A beloved market needed digital menu screens without the enterprise price tag, so their Coop became the back office: three TV displays managed from one place, monthly menu rolls, a photo library the whole shop can use, and a system plain enough that updating the specials takes less time than making one.

What it proves: real operations for a real counter, and a Coop that staff actually use because it was shaped to how the shop already works. Step inside the story →

Nonprofit & Boosters

A high school band booster club

A booster president inherited the oldest problem in volunteering: everything lives in one person's head, and that person eventually graduates too. Her Coop gathers sponsor outreach, volunteer coordination, and the whole fundraising playbook in one warm place, gently educational for volunteers who have never fundraised before, and built to be handed to the next president, and the one after that.

What it proves: a Coop can outlast its founder on purpose: institutional memory as a feature, not an accident.

The Model Coop

Teaguer's Beach Bar

The reference Coop: a beach bar's whole operation in one hub, with a greeting header, live stat chips, a numbered feather grid, staff tools, and client branding head to toe. It's the pattern every business Coop descends from, and you can poke every corner of it yourself.

What it proves: what "your business, but organized and warm" actually looks like. Wander through it →
